Andrew Muchoney has over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney and transactional attorney. He has successfully prosecuted civil cases ranging from multi-million-dollar contests over contract enforcement and employment law, to family law, to probate, to appeals. He has also successfully litigated over the spectrum of domestic cases, including simple divorce, post-decree matters, custody disputes, business valuations, orders of protection, and appellate practice regarding grandparent visitation.
Attorney Muchoney additionally has extensive experience advising businesses, as well as public schools and governmental agencies, on matters of regulatory compliance, employment and hiring practices, and risk mitigation. His transactional experience in drafting and negotiating complex business instruments includes leases, security agreements, employment contracts, sales agreements for commercial and residential real estate, and organizational documents for business entities such as corporations and partnerships.
Andrew also served in United States Army (4/37 Armor Regiment, 1ST Infantry Division) and was a Sergeant (January 1987 - February 2003). He enlisted in the United States Army Tank Corps. Mr. Muchoney honorably completed a two-year tour of active duty with the 4/37 Armor Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, and subsequently volunteered for the United States Army Reserve.
